Dr. Lessin has practiced pediatrics in the Hudson Valley for more than four decades and is one of the founding physicians at The Children’s Medical Group. While he treats all types of pediatric patients, he has a particular interest in immunizations, asthma and ADHD. After a transitional internship, he conducted his residency in pediatrics at Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT (1980-1983). In addition, Dr. Lessin received board certification in pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics. He remains a professional member of the Medical Society of the State of New York and the Dutchess County Medical Society. Moreover, he attained fellowship of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAPA) having met the standards and guidelines required of the nation’s leading pediatricians.
